My intent through“Spiritus Silentium”is to offer words that inspire, images that evoke emotion, and to create a pocket of respite from the busy-ness of our daily lives.
Think of “Spiritus Silentium”as a meditation, a place to sit with the images, feelings and emotions; to inhale deeply, pause, and on the exhale– release the stress of your day. Thus, creating a doorway that enables you to settle into the beauty of your own heart.
This blog was created as a gentle reminder to slow down, take a time out, create a space of respite, and breathe deeply as we journey through our day. My hope is that you will return often to allow yourself to hit the pause button and rest in stillness.
