I want to personally welcome you to this web-blog. I believe how we nourish our mind is just as important as how we nourish our body. Therefore, I began this blog as a way to offer a positive outlook, a unique and different perspective, and a daily inspirational gift. Another intent is to “give-back”, to share insights, and to have you, the reader, leave feeling uplifted.
My conscious spiritual journey began over twenty years ago which has allowed my spiritual roots to run deep. These roots are reflected in my postings as my passion is weaving psychology and spirituality together to help create and maintain balance in all aspects of our being including mind and Spirit.

I’m looking for the painter of a picture which led me to here. Its a woman with her back to us in the rain with long dark hair and its says a woman of strength has faith that she is strong enough for the journey bla bla bla. I am sorry I do not know who created that picture, I found the image on the internet. I usually find my images on Bing, Photobucket, or Google. I do not remember where I found that specific picture.
I am sorry I could not be of more help to you.
If you are unable to find the source, perhaps you can create one of your own, take a picture of yourself in the same pose.
